The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence, requesting medical records, client meetings, document production, hearings, and trials. This position requires the ability to support attorneys while managing and expediting personal injury litigation cases in a detailed and efficient manner. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation support, preferably in personal injury law
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal teams

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including document review and management

Qualifications:
